Our mission is simple. To ensure that PG County students have mastered the essential W.A.R.P. skills of Writing, Arithmetic, Reading and Problem-Solving. We believe that EVERY child must master these fundamentals to pursue whatever dreams they may have down the road. Perhaps most importantly, here at W.A.R.P. we believe the best resources when it comes to these essential skills should be FREE.

Our WARP Squadron is made up of High School Students, IT Professionals, Local Teachers and Local Volunteers! Our thought is that our young cadets will grow into the High School and Local Volunteers that keeps the WARP SQUAD going for the long run! We all understand that giving these kids the resources they need to follow their dreams can only benefit EVERYBODY! Give a little to get A LOT BACK and come join the journey we're all on! Santosh is one of the founding members of W.A.R.P. Speed Ahead and received an Electrical Engineering degree from The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. He has worked professionally for the last 20 years in various fields including electrical engineering, financial analysis, website project management, and mathematics education. Sa
Santosh is one of the founding members of W.A.R.P. Speed Ahead and received an Electrical Engineering degree from The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. He has worked professionally for the last 20 years in various fields including electrical engineering, financial analysis, website project management, and mathematics education. Santosh is currently expanding a private mathematics tutoring business and is very interested in improving mathematics and STEM education and related policy.

Rahul founded W.A.R.P. along with his childhood friend Santosh Chelliah. He attended PG County Public Schools throughout his life and studied Computer Science at University Of Maryland, College Park, MD.
He's been providing professional IT services for over 25 years.
Since 2012 he has been performing duties as a RPA Architect and RPA D

He's been providing professional IT services for over 25 years.
Since 2012 he has been performing duties as a RPA Architect and RPA Developer at private sector giants like CoreLogic, Maximus, IBM and federal agencies such as the SEC and the DHS (USCIS).

Dr. Sadanand Srivastava (June 1, 1936 - February 14, 2020)
Dr. Sadanand Srivastava was the Chairman of the Computer Science Department from 1995-2012 at Bowie State University. He spearheaded the creation of the graduate studies for the Computer Science department that now features a PhD discipline as well. Dr. Srivastava specialized in Discrete Mathematics and was awarded Professor Emeritus post retirement and continued to teach to his final days. He completed his graduate studies in Mathematics from the University of Toronto and then obtained his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Windsor. He was awarded the College of Arts and Sciences Lifetime Achievement award in 2015 to cap a Hall of Fame worthy career in academia. Dr. Sadanand Srivastava's main passion was simply teaching anyone who wanted to learn. Out of that passion W.A.R.P. Speed Ahead was created! We intend to keep his memory alive by continuing the mission he started and staying true to his vision!
